PAY, HOURS, AGREEMENT

Pay: We cover all PayPal, Payoneer, or Wise fees. Monthly payments are made on the 6th for the previous month, with an option for an advance payment around the 19th.

EST Hours & Breaks: Our ambitious team works 40-44 hours a week, starting shifts between 6-9am EST. Each shift is 9 hours with a paid 30-minute break and several 5-10 minute breaks. Earn at a rate of 150% for monthly hours 161 and beyond. Weakly productive hours not completed over the week will be completed over the weekend. You can work 4-5 hours on Saturday or complete tasks at your own pace over the weekend.

Contract: Our agreements range from 9 months to 2 years, encompassing non-compete and confidentiality clauses. You won’t be able to hold other employment or freelance simultaneously. In case of breach, we reserve the right to pursue legal action in both the US and your home country to uphold the agreement.

Vacations/sick/personal days: We’re a tight-knit team, and every member is crucial. Our agreements offer 8 to 10 paid leave days. But if you’re consistently healthy and mentally resilient, this might not be your ideal fit. We can accommodate up to one absence in 45 working days for personal or medical reasons. Beyond that, excuses won’t cut it.

$26,000 to $30,000 two year agreement

Required: Proof of 5+ years as a PHP & WP programmer as an employee in a company. Tech: 18+” screen, fully functioning computer with latest OS, fast internet, and quiet working area.

Required: Proof of 2+ years as a PHP & WP programmer as an employee in a company and 3+ years as a freelancer. Tech: 18+” screen, fully functioning computer with latest OS, fast internet, and quiet working area.

First Year: $8,000 to $10,000*
Second Year: $12,000 to $14,000*
Start: $500 to $650 with increase of 10% every 3 months
Monthly: $13 for internet + monthly bonuses
Vacations/sick: annual 10 days vacation/sick days
Hours: 44 hrs/wk (200 hr/mo) EST 7-8AM to 5PM

$13,500 to $16,500 two year agreement

Required: VA experience, excellent English grammar. Tech: 15+” screen, 12mb (download) / 4mb (upload) internet, and quiet working area.

First Year: $5,500 to $6,500*

Start: $320 to $420 with increase of 10% every 3 months

Required: proven social success and English that looks like an American (without AI)

First Year: $6,000 to $7,000*

Start: $350 to $480 with increase of 13% every 3 months
Monthly: $15 for internet + monthly bonuses
Vacations/sick: annual 7 days vacation/sick days
Hours: 44 hrs/wk (195 hr/mo) EST 6pm to 3AM + any 5 weekend hrs at your discretion
